Hi everyone,
Following on from my recent blog regarding stockists, I thought I’d add a little more about Artisan at the Barn, Pulborough and Artisan at Lombard Street, Petworth. This is a photo of our January window at Lombard Street, still a few twinkly lights, but with some snowdrop inspired ceramics by Clare Arent Ceramics, and handmade paper snowdrops by Mockford and Clay, so we are just starting to edge towards Spring: which can’t come soon enough for me I must admit – I’m really not a Winter person!
The idea of Artisan at the Barn is the long held dream of Denya who has gathered together local artists from Sussex and Surrey (including myself), to showcase local artists work in a carefully curated style. She also has a studio/teaching space at the Barn where she creates her own range of jewellery and holds silver clay workshops. The basement at the Lombard Street shop contains some lovely brocante pieces brought together by Aimee of CosyCottageHome
.
Both shops are beautiful spaces, full of unique locally sourced items – jewellery, ceramics, art, soft furnishings, soaps, candles and much more, and are well worth a visit. Artisan at the Barn
